WINGS – Women In Northfield Giving Support

WINGS Accepting Grant Applications for 2026 Effective January 10

WINGS invites Northfield area nonprofit organizations to apply for a 2026 WINGS Annual Grant. Grants are given in support of projects benefiting women and youth in the Northfield area. WINGS awards grants to qualified nonprofit organizations, public schools and government organizations for the purpose of general community support. Projects funded must benefit residents in the Northfield Public Schools area.

WINGS funds grants in the following areas of focus:

Basic needs: housing stability, food stability, economic stability, and safe environments for women and youth

Education: early learning, out-of-school programs, special needs/at-risk women and youth, and adult learning

Physical and mental health: health care and healthy behaviors

WINGS grants must be utilized within the year they are awarded. Grant candidates are considered anew in each grant cycle.

In 2025, WINGS celebrated 25 years and awarded $1.6 million dollars in grants.  We invite you to find out more and apply for a 2026 WINGS Annual Grant.

Applications must be submitted electronically by March 1, 2026. If you have any questions, please send an email to Kay Smith at grants@wings-mn.org.
