To become a member and join WINGS, simply donate!
Members who donate $120 or more in a calendar year are able to vote on grant distribution during the WINGS annual meeting.

Donate online to the WINGS Annual Fund to make a difference in the lives of women and youth over the next year.

Donate online to the WINGS Endowment Fund in building an endowment so women and youth can be supported far into the future.

$1-$119: Friend/Student
$120-$299 Bronze WINGS ($10+ per month)
$300-$599 Silver WINGS ($25+ per month)
$600-$1199 Gold WINGS ($50+ per month)

 

Why donate and join WINGS?
Connect with a group of women working together to build a stronger community by supporting the needs of local women and youth.

  • WINGS gives over $100,000 to local nonprofits each year, making WINGS one of the largest sources of philanthropic funds in our community.
  • In 2000, WINGS began with 63 members and is now more than 250 strong.
  • WINGS events offer an opportunity to network with other members, learn more about philanthropy and gain an understanding of the needs in the community.

 

WINGS has over a decade of experience pooling donations to increase their impact through focused giving.

  • WINGS is an all-volunteer organization, giving over 90% of donations back to the community. A dedicated board of directors and active committees uphold its mission.
  • Pooling your donation with other women allows you to support many different area nonprofits which serve women and youth.
  • WINGS reviews grants applications and recommends allocations to nonprofits. As a voting member, you have an opportunity to approve these recommendations.
  • A WINGS endowment fund ensures area women and youth will be supported far into the future.

 

Sustaining Membership
You’re busy and it’s easy to forget details. That’s why we created the sustaining membership category for WINGS members who want to make regular annual or monthly contributions—and never forget.

You can become a sustaining member whether you donate $10 a month no matter the amount you give. Please consider becoming a sustaining member when you make your online donation below. Select “recurring” within the online donation form.

 

Contributing through a Donor Advised Fund
You may donate to WINGS through your donor advised fund using the tax ID number (TIN) 41-603-1510 through the Saint Paul and Minnesota Community Foundation which houses the WINGS fund. When making a donation, specify instructions that it is to go to WINGS.
